Who we are

Memories by Moira is operated by Memories by Moira Studios Ltd, whose registered office is at 115 Old Crescent, Brighton, BN2 1GA (77428615). You can reach us at support@memoriesbymoira.com.

What data we collect and why

When you visit the site we receive standard server-side log data: your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is processed by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure hosts the site, and is used solely to keep the Parlour running and to protect against abuse. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you contact us by email, we retain your email address and message content for as long as necessary to respond and resolve any query, after which it is deleted.

We do not ask for your name, payment details, or any sensitive personal data at any point. There is no account registration required to play.

Cookies and similar technologies

Analytics

Where you have given consent, we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the Parlour. This service processes anonymised traffic data; it does not track individuals across sites and does not use advertising cookies. If you decline analytics cookies, your visit is not counted.

Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)

Strictly necessary processing (server logs, security, site operation) is carried out under our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. All other processing — analytics, functional preferences — is carried out only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by clearing the relevant cookies or adjusting your browser settings.

Data retention

Server log data is retained for up to 30 days. Support emails are retained for up to 12 months after the query is resolved. No other personal data is held.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you; to object to or restrict processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@memoriesbymoira.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

Memories by Moira is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the site, please contact us and we will promptly delete any associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
